1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Vulos Signature Subscription Plans: Refunds for Vulos Signature subscription plans are available within the first 15 days of subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.
1.2. Vulos Identity Subscription Plans: Refunds for Vulos Identity subscription plans are available within the first 15 days of subscription. If you decide that our service does not meet your expectations within this time frame, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Process:
2.1. To initiate a refund request, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@vulos.io within the eligible refund period. Please provide your order details and the reason for your refund request.
2.2. Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 1 business days to acknowledge the receipt of your request and provide further instructions.
2.3. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
3.1. Usage Beyond Refund Period: Refund requests submitted after the specified refund period will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Customized Plans: Plans that have been customized to meet specific user requirements or those that include additional services beyond standard offerings are non-refundable.
